Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy and meeting their needs. Online orders cannot be returned to our physical cafe locations, but our Customer Support team is always happy to help.
Chocolate and Coffee
We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please email us at Hello@Paraisotrading.com or call 505-463-7773 within two days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
Merchandise (non-chocolate/coffee items)
We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. All returns or exchanges on merchandise must be done within 30 days of the purchase date. Items purchased online can be returned only to our headquarters; they can’t be returned to our café locations. Please email your order number, name, the item and quantity you wish to return, and a description of the issue to hello@paraisotrading.com or call 505-463-7773. We will contact you with information on how your return or exchange will be processed.
Shipping
Paraíso Roasting cannot refund the price of shipping. If a refund is approved, the order will be refunded to the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees. Returns are processed within 21 days of the mailing date, and refunds can be expected within 7 business days of processing.
